Holy Shit!!!!!
so its been like the entire summer since i last wrote. omg. how time fly's by. i have been extremely nervous this entire day seeing as how I barely started school today. and as I was doing enlish homework i realized i had forgotten all about lj. i was like omg. so i am taking 18 credit hours this semester. bio, chem, english, spanish and freshman seminar. I love my school. everyone is super friendly. i am going to be working with security pretty soon too, so thats something that I am looking forward to. I've met up with vanessa, cindy, edgar, karina, heidi, and amelia so far. I haven't seen Gina (boohoo), alfredo or juan yet. but i'll probably bump into them sooner or later. I was grateful that I wasn't dorming. I was thinking to myself as I sat in chem that I was already fed up for the day. Up to that point i had already taken two classes and needed two more to go. Then to go back to the same location only to a bed and closet and perhaps a few possessions made me realize that I was glad I wasn't dorming. At least I have somewhere to go after class. If I were dorming then what? Sure I could go downtown but you need money. and lord knows I am not in the position to be spending money. Plus I would miss my mom's awesome cooking. And I would be home sick. So I would basically be going back home everyday because of that and dorming would all be a waste of money.
On a lighter note the DU fest took place yesterday. It was soooooo funny. Me and vanessa went together and we played DDRMax. But when I got a sight of a rat race moon walk I started pleading to vanessa to race. It was so much fun because the maze was filled with obstacles. We must of fallen about 50 times. By the time we were done racing my shorts and her shirt were falling off. Then we decided to go on the regular moon walk. We jumped in there just in time to play dogeball for a while. Vanessa got hit in the face. That was the highlight of the day. It was funny.
I miss a lot of you guys as well. I hope that maybe sometime in the near future I will be able to visit you guys at U of I but until them I will good you bid evening!!!!!!!!!!
