Ooooh. Ah. Oh Pete/Mikey are just so very much my 2nd favourite pairing. I adore Summer Of Like fics and this is a really GOOD one.

They way they talk and interact and Pete wanting to leave his mark on Mikey, that possessiveness. It's all so delicious. And the Empire Strikes Back reference! Eeee! Just the right level of nerdlove.

Most of all thanks for the images of wet and shirtless Mikeyway. Hrrrmmm... Keeping those.

I am personally affronted that there's not a dripping wet Mikey Way photo shoot ala that one with Jared Padalecki. I feel like his stony demeanor and slight frame could ROCK that. Stupid punk rock/emo core boys no being into that :(

I'm really glad you like it. First time doing Pete's pov so, you know, nervous about that and then first time doing a new pairing - nervous about that too. I'm really glad that it worked for you in all those ways. I love that pairing too but they just, they make me so sad sometimes. I wanted them to be happy. And bam, three hours I'm writing them necking behind a man made waterfall. *shrugs* I just wanted them to be happy. Summer of Like fics make me so fucking sad, you know? And maybe, okay, definitely Pete’s a freak, but Jesus Fuck, really, hearing that actually does feel as awesome as it looked in Empire Strikes Back.
These are such delightfully Wentzian logical moves. Love it.
