(no subject)
Its been a while since I updated, like normal.
Work has been crazy crazy crazy since about Sept 28th....so it hasnt left me much energy to write in this thing even though i read it everyday.
However, things should finally be calming down at work now that we have new girls hired and there's only one left still training, but we're almost back up to full staff! Weee! I was suppose to have my full time job over at the Main Branch, but now I get to stay full time at the branch I'm already at. That's pretty cool for me, just because it's easier when you know the customers and place you work at.
The house and living with Neil is still going awesome. Still lots of stuff to do over time. The basement still needs cleaning out eventually. Teh house garage still has some stuff I should get to the dump. But the big stuff is over with I think, and it's nice being here.
Let's see what's happened since I last updated....
I have movie nights every week (mostly on Friday), and it is really nice getting the group together for hangouts and movies, even if not as many come one week as other weeks, its still just about seeing who you can ona weekly basis.
I visited good ole Potsdam and Clarkson Univeristy in the middle of October. I miss that place. I walked into Eben's and even though its been like a year since I graduated, the bartender still knew what I wanted to drink and eat. Is that a bad thing or cool thing? I still can't decide. I am leaning towards cool though :-P
That same weekend was fucking epic because I also went to Albany to see Mastodon, High on Fire, and Dethklok (oh and Converge, who I really don't like, so whateveR). This was my 6th time seenig Mastodon, and it still makes me sooo friggen excited!!! <3
After that, the next weekend was Halloween. I had my party here, and I was excited with how much fun it was. Can't wait to do it again next year on the Saturday of Halloween weekend. Two of my friends also had parties that week...so we saw each other Thrusday Friday and Saturday haha. It was nice doing different things different nights :-)
Michele and Jon finalllly got married :-P The wedding was probably nice (my mom had to go shopping for an outfit THAT day, sooo we missed teh ceremony), but the recepton was awesome. Couldnt be happier for them!
Oh man, so much, it just all goes by in a flash!
Just finished Thanksgiving here at my house for my immediate family, and one of my aunt's family. I think it came out great, but I sure am tired!!!! Lots of cooking and cleaning since I got home yesterday from work. I was up til 2 am making desserts last night!
I have a lot to get done tomorrow and Saturday, lots of paying bills, buying things for Mall-o's wedding, buying Christmas gifts...just general "WOW LOTS TO DO"
I must go...but I really wanted to udpate a bit.
