Wonderful Weekend
Well I don't know about everyone else, but my weekend has been the best it has been since hmm... I don't even remember the last time a weekend has been this good. I spent the entire weekend with Melanie. Started off a little slow seeing as she kind of missed like four buses or something like that lol. Once she got to UMass she got to meet my friends Vishan and Goose, then later Alana. That time in my room was probably the craziest time I've had in a while too. Haven't laughed that much over dumb stuff in a while, and whoo I really needed it too. I "wrestled" Vishan too. It was more like we sat there in each other's headlocks and waited for the other to let go lol. After a while we comtemplated on what we were going to do for the night. We decided to go out to eat at Chili's. That was great. they may have gotten $50 from us, but we got two knives and a bottle of "katsup" from them. hehe... Once we got back from that Melanie and I TRIED to sleep, but that one didn't happen... We stayed up and talked about a bunch of stuff, and once again I got another one of those WONDERFUL back massages "drool"... I think we might have gotten a little sleep, seeing as we lost conciousness at around 5 maybe 6 in the morning.
Saturday was quite interesting. We got up semi-early to go to Mt Holyoke so I could meet her friends from school before they left to Worcestor. Meeting her friends was actually quite terrifying because I was so out of the loop and felt kind of out of place. I more think it was me being afraid that they weren't going to accept me more than anything else. After we got back from lunch with them they got ready to leave, and Melanie and I took a nap. After our nap I called up Carlos to see if he could bring us to the mall. That was great because he had my money to pay me back with, so I actually had money to use, and I didn't feel bad like I did the night before when everyone else had money and Melanie ended up paying for Chili's for me... (Note to self - I have to make up for that one.) Well at the mall, Melanie got to meet the rest of my friends and she seemed to have a good time there even though she was somewhat tired. After the mall I had Joey and Orlando give us a ride to my place so she could meet my mommy. While at home, my mommy gave us some baked macaroni and cheese and some chocolate cake MmMmMm.... I also picked up the stuff that my brother was holding for me. After Melanie went back out to the car I asked my mommy what she thought of Melanie, and lowe and behold she said "Esta es la primera que me gusta de toda tus novia's"... Translated that means "This one is the first one of all your girlfriends I've actually liked"... She scored MAYJOR brownie points there. After that we got a ride back to Mt Holyoke, where we enjoyed our baked macaroni and cheese along with the cake. After the food we watched Get Over It. I remembered watching it a while back, and found it at Best Buy for $8 on DVD so I figured it was a steal. After that we once again couldn't get to sleep... So we watched the other DVD I bought, The Fifth Element. That was great because we sat there and quoted a bunch of the movie as it happened. Only problem was that we fell asleep towards the end of the movie lol.
Today was pretty cool. I got to meet Melanie's brother. Well I'm just going to say he's quite an intimidating person in my opinion. I dunno what it is but I just get fear stricken while talk I talked and he was there. I guess I'm just a scaredy cat or something, but I really was afraid of him. We spent part of the day sleeping again lol. I also got to play the infamous game that Melanie's been wanting me to play for the longest time. Let's just say that I have the craziest beginner's luck in the world. Not only did I win the game, but I did something that Melanie nor Peter, Melanie's brother, had seen done. The $500,000 and $1,000,000 bills had left the bank. At the end of the game I was upwards of $5,000,000. Peter said instead of dealing with getting money from the bank to just assume I have all the money I needed lol. Well after the game is when Melanie and I took our nap. It was more like I conked out completely and Melanie got to take care of her laundry. At 6 we went to dinner which was pretty fun. I stole Mel's "sandal-loafer thingy's", but she stole my sneakers. When we went to change back, Peter stole my sneakers and went running. I decided to use Melanie's "sandal-loafer thingy's" and carry her on my back in the chase after him. After a while he stopped and I got them back, BUT THEY UNTIED MY SNEAKERS GRrRrR.... Well that brings me to now, and I have decided and am allowed to stay the night once again. So it looks like I am spending the night again hehe. Maybe we'll watch The Fifth Element again and this time not fall asleep in the middle of it lol.
Well I guess since I have brought everyone that reads this to the present I don't have anymore to write about. So I guess I can bring my journal entry to a close. I hope everyone is happy that I am and have been on "Cloud 159" this entire week. I also hope everyone else is doing as well as I, but if not I know things will get better so just trust me and keep your head up. Peace.
