CSS
(not the band but cascading style sheets)
So nearly 6 or 7 years ago I wrote some poorly coded CSS for my livejournal, I was pretty proud I got it all looking nice (by my personal standards) and it seems to work fine in every version of mozilla I tried it in, even seems ok in IE! Great right? At first yeah, and hell for years after -- I often took year long breaks from lj, but it's always drawn me back as it's the cutest site in the world in so many ways.
Anyway, I log in today and I start looking at my journal... things seem funny. Not ruined, not just garbled mess (thankfully) but funny as fuck. My friends page is even worse! AHHHH! I start thinking: did LJ change it's base formatting? Did mozilla get right with the lord and start demanding better CSS? Then I realized: I don't give a flying fuck.
Well, I do, I do. We'll have to see if it's enough to drive me to actually write a new template for danceyoufucker after all these years... I hope I do.
Oh yeah, p.s. I've been clean of shooting hard drugs for a month, maybe I should have wrote about that.
