yesterday i went to this funeral of a man who my mom knew.
it was the single most interesting thing i have ever seen.
he is/was mexican and his wife is black.
so, all of his children were REALLY different looking.
not from each other but from EVERYone. it was neat!
we went to the "after-party" ...if that's what you want to call it.
and there were all these black white and mexican people there
who were family and who LOVED eachtoher.
it was so cool! i wish there were more families like that.
normally, when you go to a funeral. the family is predominately one race.
i love seeing mixed kids and interracial relationships.
it makes me so happy!
