Yeah. [He scoffs a little.] Horrible nightmares. [Oh you have no idea.] Hopefully they wont happen too often after this. [False hope, definitely false hope.]

[ You'd be surprised how much she understands :( ] Okay, so at the risk of sounding totally debbie-downer... They usually come back. Better to prepare than feel secure and get hit in the face with a giant fish or something, right?

[He sighs.] I know. I was lying to myself. I'm pretty sure no amount of preparation will ever make that better.
[He closes his eyes for less than a second before opening them again quickly.]
But someone here said they could give me something that would help me sleep.

Especially when you're pretty sure you're the only person who deals with these things. Until, y'know, another one is shoved in your face over a phone-thingy and - you get what I mean.
