Alright, I'm pretty sure I understand most of what is happening here in Adstringendum, but I do have a few more questions. If anyone who has ever been to the inner city could contact me, it would be appreciated.

Something like that. They change shape apparently, the one a colleague and I met happened to look like a bird.

Not at I saw for myself, or have heard from others that went in... but frankly wouldn't be surprised if they were capable of such.
