Christmas was special.. i have special family... i got some amazing books though so im really stoked on that! right after Christmas i had my jr high camp.. it was all snowy and beautiful and cold and my girls had some really great life changing times.. it was unbelievable. i get home on new years and went to my bro and his wife's party and then afterwards they had late night swing dancing. and well since my knee was screwed up i havent been able to really dance as much as i used to. then school started and i would go every so often and my knee was fine (total blessing!) but i still missed it so much. so new years comes along and Krystina tells me to just come to the late night (12-5am) dance.. the fremonts were playing and it would be fun. so i did that.. then she stayed over and chilled.. she went over some swing outs and footwork with me and made fried rice then we drove up to Pasedena to go dancing at Lindy Groove (best swing venue ever) i hadnt been for a while. thats where i dance with Bill Nye the Science guy! but i was so pissed he left before i got to dance with him... so we danced late then went over to Graham's house (a REALLY good dancer) and danced and chilled and i got a massage from another amazing fellow swinger Eric.. then on Friday Krystina trimmed my hair.. and i went to buffalo exchange and then decided to dance at Atomic Ballroom instead of dancing down in San Diego. and the World Lindy Hop Champion Nick Williams was there.. he just moved to OC.. he is always in all the swing competitions on youtube and if you kiddies watch "So you think you can dance" he choreographed the Lindy Hop dance with Lacey and Neil.. so that totally made my night. then i drove home at 3 am and passed out. woke up and watched "Diary of a mad black women" haha i love that movie! now ANGELINA IS IN TOWN! im so excited! im going up to esco to see her and her family.. so ya its been a good week.
