Today in Oh What The Everloving Fuck?!?
I ended up having a number of issues with Stargate: Atlantis, but the first time I got really disgusted with the show was in Season 3, with "Irresistible," where Lucius's use of a drug to trick women to have sex with him was treated as so much wacky episodic hijinks. They felt so stupid afterwards! HAHAHA! Yeah, no.
I'm not that surprised that the crew that brought us that (and apparently much more?) has continued on its clueless way. But this really makes my skin crawl.
I will continue to love SG-1, not because it's perfect, but because it at least isn't this bad. And, yes, that's a low standard.
