It's been a while since the last time I've updated this thing. I guess you could say I'm in a period of transition right now. For one, I'm no longer a college student, but a college graduate. My last paper was written, last test taken, no more late night study sessions, or pulling all-nighters to get a paper done on time. No more Fajita Thursdays

Knowing now that you went to bar crawl, I'm even happier that you made it safely through - remind me to tell you about the girl who got attacked.
Don't let your parents get to you - coming from someone who has lived with her parents for all but 1.5 years of her college career, it's fairly easy to get parents off your back while your home:
1. Do the dishes - this is easy enough and it works like a charm.
2. Clean something - the bathroom, whatever. Make sure you point it out and overexaggerate how long it took to do....while in actuality it took half that time and you spent the rest watching TV.
3. Fake a headache - this can only be done in moderation as after a few straight weeks of headache you either actually get a headache or get sent to the doctor for a CT scan.
You're an ambitious, self-motivated girl who accomplishes a lot at least in terms of summer jobs.
Just exaggerate those accomplishments in front of your parents: "And I did it all with this crushing, ebilitating headache!"
