So the situation is the owners are selling the house to some people who just need to buy some property because they sold a peice of property and have to buy within 180 days to avoid paying 33.5% interest on something...I don't know. So we are staying. We may be able to move into the house on the lot that has three rooms because that is where the old landlords lived. The new people won't be living on the property. They are rich. They have hundred grand cars. Y would they move to El Monte??? I wonder if rent will go up? It will if we take the bigger house. But not much we can't afford.

Also my phone alarm went off. The baby went over to the t.v. and turned the t.v. off to listen for the beeping. He stood real still and looked around and couldn't figure it out. It was cute.
