I can't believe tomorrow's Christmas' Eve
la ti ta ta...
I've still yet to have a true sleep-in and don't see one in the near future. I got up this morning to go last minute/first minute christmas shopping (mom hadn't done much yet.) Tonight I watched Ella and Anabell. They are sweet girls. E is 7 and A is 7 months. Good kids. Now I'm dying my hair! Then have to make sure i know what I am wearing tomorrow.
In all liklihood this shall be my last post until the new year. Here's the plan until then...
Tomorrow- Church at 11. Then back here to watch White Christmas. And lunch consisting of stuffed mushrooms and tameles (spelling?) from Mrs. Rosie! Then dinner at the Costello's as usual. This year's theme is "southern cooking." Mom's making BBQ and dad's making his infamous cole slaw. Yummers. It is always mildly enjoyable. The "kids" have been getting together for so long. The "little" ones are now in middle school and us "older" kids are either about done with hs or in college. Then back home to watch Christmas Vacation and open one gift.
Monday- Christmas!! Wake up early open gifts then head to a "brunch" at Marylee's and Ashley's. How this can be a brunch and be at 10 am is beyond me. Oh well. After brunch it is a free day. We'll watch It's a Wonderful Life and pack though.
Tuesday- Leave for London
Wed-Fri- London
Saturday- Shopping at Ratio and maybe downtown Trier. Plus cooking for Sunday.
Sunday- Church. New Year's Eve at the Watt's. Yay. We'll see if my string of bad New Year's is over. Last year was good but it was the last good one in a long time.
Monday- Sleep in! Dinner and Football with the Watts and Farys here. I think we're doing a greek theme. possibly. who knows. It may be greek with tirimisu. :)
So after that it should settle down.
