I havent used this thing in like a year and a half ! This is insane. I am having a slight crossroads in my life so I felt it nesscessary to put my toughts out with some familiar and always supportive friends. Just a sidenote I bought a digital camera and that relieved a little stress temporarily

The one thing that really sounds bells in my head is the 48 hours off a month thing. I guess only you can say how that will effect you but perhaps I will relate a story from my own employment history. I may or may not have went on about my time in Nunavut to you. Basically I worked 7 days a week for about 15 hours a day with one full day off in the two and one half months there. No kidding about I just about lost my mind. I don't want to get into too many details in a public forum, but it was difficult. There are some differences - you have even less time off (!) but you are also in a big city rather an extremely isolated part of the sub-Arctic (which is mostly important in my case for sanity as I am very much a city boy). All that being said I am glad I had the experience and saw it through to its conclusion.
Well I don't know if all of my ramblings apply to your situation but I guess the moral of the story is make sure you can deal with that little amount of time to yourself since I have found it a requirement for sanity! It does, however, look like an excellent opportunity for you!
