(no subject)
Yeah, so I went to class this morning and after my class gets out, the rest of school is cancelled. It's supposed to be the first day of school, but there's a manhunt going on on campus. Parts of the story can be seen here. There's another part here. He apparently had a hostage at the student center where all the clubs usually meet, some of the larger fine arts classes meet, the DDR machines are, and a lot of other things. I got home and it was all over the news. I was even going to go there to eat lunch, but my roommate had called & I decided to just go home. It's crazy because he looks like any other student here and it's all over the news on like every channel here. I'm kind of relieved that I'm not living on campus anymore, but I hope everyone I know and everyone else on campus is safe. & my other roommate needs to come home! Yeah, just thought I'd share that. If he isn't caught, it looks like my classes may be cancelled tomorrow as well.
