generalities
This week was our family reunion. We were supposed to go up a nearby canyon, but a black bear has taken over the campsite, so that didn't work. We ended up having it at my parents' house. It was a little bit worrysome for my parents, but things turned out just fine.
Mom got her cast off yesterday! She now has a nice straight foot and an arch! She's doing really well. She's had trouble for a long time, and she keeps looking at her foot and crying. She's thrilled!
I've had some things that have been set aside for the past couple of months while we've moved and gotten things settled. I'm an excited to re-introduce some of those things into my life. It will feel good to have some personal improvement and success again. There's nothing I dislike as much as a plateau in life.
I have my first OB appointment next week. I'm never that excited to go through the appointment, but I am excited to find out when our baby is due. That's the fun part!
My nose is starting to go ballistic! I have been pretty lucky about morning sickness this time, but I'm not sure how much longer I can last if the smells keep getting stronger...yikes!
We saw Order of the Phoenix on Monday! I was really well done. I can't wait to pick up our copy of Deathly Hallows on Saturday. We've had our copy reserved almost as long as they've had reservations available. We are so excited!
It was good to see Steph a couple of weeks ago. She and Paul spoil our family. I'm glad someone does! It helps us feel special! It's good to have good friends.
Well, back to the dishes and the bathrooms! Wheeeewwwweeeeeee!
