this saturday morning was really nice. i had no obligations, nowhere to be, and nothing special to do. first time in months.
a day of unsuccessful parallel parking was made better by badminton and the prospect of monty python to come. i feel bad for missing everyone's plays, but honestly, i'm exhausted. day 2 of chem testing didn't go very well and i'll be lucky to scrape a 5. i really needed to do better on this.
today in las vegas: high 102, low 77. i am going to MELT in june.
the muffled sound of my dad playing one of bach's two-part inventions on his guitar brings back old memories. i wish i had my clarinet with me so i could join in. just one part sounds so lonely by its self.
