Justin fucking Timberlake
the justin timberlake concert last night was the highlight of my year so far (seeing as how its only february, and my life is pretty boring and noneventful, this shouldn't be too surprising ... but still!)
so ya i dont even know what to say because it was just that good.
pink was the opening act and i kind of dont like her, at all, but she was actually really really good! she has a powerful voice and all of her songs were high energy and got the night started off right.
so then there was like a freakin 1/2 hour "break" for them to set up for JT - me and carrie went and talked to some of her friends (vinny = cutest freshman ever - the kid is adorable) and i called margaret (who was with connor) and megan who i waved to from a few sections over, but she couldnt see me! lol we saw sarabeth earlier too and some other ppl who i cant remember - basically everyone was there - amazing.
and then, the real fun began. justin was in all his glorious sexiness - he opened with "future sex/love sounds" which is like, the hottest song EVER - seriously they just kept saying the word SEX over and over - could it get any better? hahaha
justin was amazing basically - he danced, he sang, he played piano and guitar and this random weird electric keyboard thing? lol it was just such a good show - he even did some oldschool songs!!! like rock your body, senorita, cry me a river ... ooo and he did 'gone' which is like, best *nsync song ever - i love/miss them!
my love and what goes around were definitely my favorites of the night - the way he did my love was just awesome and what goes around is such a good song ... sexyback closed the show and i thought it was going to be amazing but they had the bass pumped a little too high so it kind of ruined it for me - ooo but timbaland was there - sexy big man that he is hahaha
ooo and then when it was over everyone was screaming/cheering so loudly that JT came back and did an encore - he is seriously adorable!!! I WANT HIM. hahaha ew but he KISSED one of his dancers on stage - okay NOT COOL. lol
i was pissed cause they said they were confiscating cameras and so carrie put hers back in the car and then of course we SO could have sneaked it in and all these other ppl had them uuuggghh thats just annoying cause the camera on my phone is a piece of shit and the pictures i have are blurry and not close up enough at all ... oh well!
today i did nothing for the morning, then saw 'because i said so' with olivia (SO cute - how come she gets TWO hot guys and i have NONE?!) lol and then we randomly wandered around target cause neither of us wanted to go home ...
and now i have an american DBQ to get to, so i guess i shall talk to you all later! <3
