Snow Sucks
so we had a snow day today - which was great, i'm totally not denying that.
but it also meant that my flight was cancelled ... and i cant get another until friday morning, so now i cant go at all.
im so pissed - i was really looking forward to this trip. i miss my sister so much and we were gonna get to hang out for 2 days and go out and have sisterly chats ... it seriously sucks.
i had to call her today to tell her the news and she sounded as bummed as i felt. plus my grandparents got me really good tickets to the world premiere of a new ballet (which i'm sure were not cheap if u know what i mean) and now i dont get to see that either. and me and phoebs were gonna go shopping for our spring break trips (her cruise, mine to florida) and they have wayyy better stores in raleigh than we do (can you say Saks and Neiman Marcus anyone? lol)
im just really sad about the whole thing ... i was so excited to go and my suitcase is sitting packed and ready in my room, i cant bring myself to unpack it lol
anyway i dont know what i'm going to do with myself over the next few days - my mom said i should study for the SATs - i seriously hope she was joking ...
the only good thing about today is that i was cheered up by my bestie and my one and only valentine, voo! i went to rent pride and prejudice (the keira knightly version) oh ya - the woman who works there was like "are you julie?" (it's my mom's card) and i'm like "yes?" haha and shes like "oh you need to bring in your credit card next time so we can update your information" hehe oops! i seriously thought she wasnt gonna let me rent the movie and be like "um, you're lying" hahahaha
but ya we watched it - sooo cute, perfect v-day movie i ♥ mr. darcy!!! the book is better though, of course!
