And it all starts over again
So I know, it's been like forever since I updated but it's just been a crazy week as I'm sure it has been for all of you too.
Back to school - ugh! It's like it never ends - we get less than 3 months to enjoy, relax, have an amazing time and then BAM we're back to boring classes, bitchy teachers, and hours of homework - it's like what happened?! I miss my summer!
All I can say about school is thank goodness we're finally juniors - one more year and we are OUT of here!!! YES
So other than school some terrible things happened - my grandpa died last week so that was really really sad... I got to see my cousins from DC though and a ton of relatives I hadn't seen in a long time which was nice I guess but obviously under the wrong circumstances. My sister also came back from college for the wake which was last weekend. The funeral was Tuesday so I missed school but w/e - me and Jackie went and everything it's just like hard because neither of us have had anyone in our immediate families die so this was really the first funeral I've been to that has been a relative of mine which sucks.
Anyway I don't want to dwell on that...
Wednesday was my first confirmation class - it was crazy to be back in the school and see like all the classrooms again and everything - I hadn't been in there in like 6 years or something! It was great to see everyone and it's like we're all back together again lol - should be a fun time especially with the boys asking retarded questions like "once you're married, are you allowed to have sex for pleasure?" HHHHHHAAAAAAA ya... that was basically the whole class lol
Umm no dance yet this week (classes at least) - we've had weekend rehersals and then the actual classes start this week so I'm probably gonna be major stressed with Thursday now being my only free night - but speaking of Thursday it works out perfectly because GREYS ANATOMY PREMIERE!!!!!!! aaaaaaahhhhhhhhh SO excited! heehee Annie we need to have a Grey's partaayy!!! I went to the video store last night and of course they were all sold out of the 2nd season to rent! *tear*
So Friday-Saturday was the retreat up at Cradle Beach Camp in Angola for the Leadership program thingy I'm doing this year. We left Friday at like 8 in the morning (so yes, I missed two days during the first week of school - not the best record so far! lol) We just did like a lot of stuff to get to know the other people and everyone is really great and nice and stuff. I had a great time and of course Danielle is in it too from Nardin so I had someone there I knew! (along with some guys I went to Nichols with) Friday night we had this HUGE bonfire on the beach it was so nice - it made me think of summer though and seeing the water and the sunset and everything - it was so gorgeous, really peaceful and relaxing an everything... but then of course it made me realize that summer's really, truly over and I probably won't be on another beach again for a long, long time! Me and Danielle talked a lot and I really got to know her which was really great since we've never been like super close friends or anything. Yesterday we did some more stuff and then got back on the bus to come home - fun weekend but it was SO tiring I went to bed at like 9:30 last night haha
Today I THOUGHT I had dance but apparently it got cancelled and NO ONE bothered to call and tell me (not that I'm upset or anything lol) so it's nice to not have to go in today so I can try and get some of this hw done and I've gotta do laundry and all this other shit... and I haven't showered in like 2 days HAHA oh well! Oooo and next weekend I only have dance Sunday WOOHOO I'm free Saturday that's like AMAZING!!! teehee :) so happy about that!
Anywho I gotta go start some of all this crap - leave me some love!
