wow so lifes been so crazy lately...lots of partyin, lots of scandals. and lots of deaths, what the hell...its sad cause i mean it feels like everytime i leave a high school either during or not too long after people start dying there ... Milwaukie there was hecka people hit by cars and busses, getting shot or electricuted...all bad. But now there's Chris who never woke up, and Grace who died yesterday around 4 with cancer. why does this happen? these people are so young and havent gotten anywhere yet...

today we had cheer practice with our new personal trainer - that dude's baller status...
we learned so much in 2 1/2 hours... tiwst downs, a new pyramid, how to yell 'properly', and new ending... JUICED!! WE HAVE A CHANCE AT NATIONALS, GUYS...I CAN FEEL IT...
and seriously if you havent given mad props and shit to the cheerleaders by now you need to lick balls and die cuase we're hell of good. Our trainer dude says hes never worked with a novice team and only nine people... He's really impressed and says we should be in advanced, and we are doing PSHYCO-ASS stunts with only 9 peoples!! SHIT!! HELL OF COMPLIMENTS, DUDE!!! whoa!
i got socked in the face today haha from learning twist downs...it bled a little bit but like for a second, its find just bruised, and my eyes are a bit puffy....hot huh?
