So a lot has happened since I last updated. I had prom last Friday [June 9, 2006]. It was so amazing. I had an awesome time with all of my friends. I'd like to thank all of my friends for making it such an amazing time. I'd especially like to thank those of my friends who aren't talking to each other much (you guys know who you are) for putting that beside you, for the moment, and allowing my prom to be so amazing...it means so much to me. The after-party was...interesting. It wasn't most fun experience yet, at the same time, it had it's entertaining moments. I must say though the best part was the end when we were hanging out outside of the actual shed-like thing waiting for a drive. I just got to talk to my friends and laugh at some of Danni's antics at the same time.
Then on Sunday [June 11th] was graduation. I still can't believe that I've actual graduated from high school. It just seems like yesterday that I was starting high school at SHSH. I have mixed feelings about it being over. I'm excited to see what happens next in my life, yet I'm also sad because I loved the school and am going to miss being in classes with the people in my grade. For graduation though, my parents got me a new laptop which I totally happy with since the computer may have a cd burner, which is good. I'd like that. (apparently my computer does have a cd burner, considering I just burned a cd...woot).
Today, I cleaned out my closet, which I must say was the most rivetting job I've ever done (note: sarcasm). Then I went to the dentist and was even more happy to find out that I have a cavity and need to get the stuff that's on my teeth patched up and I'll need needles to do both, so next Tuesday I'm going in to get that done and, let me tell you, I'm now full fledged dreading it. As most people know, I'm terrified of needles. I'm not just 'oh I don't like them,' I'm full-fledged cower at the thought of, tears streaming down my face, hold my mum's hand (even though I'm 18 years old) scared.
So that's my life....at the moment. Oh right and tomorrow I have to sit through a 2 hour prize day at school (although it's my last one so it's not as excruciating as the last 2 were) and tonight I start my first classroom lesson for young drivers.
