Bonk and his bells
So we're sitting here in the living room, me on the floor with my laptop, doing inventory of my model horses, Mike on the couch reading, Chip dead on the floor (not really, but he looks like it) and Bonk in his cage. Bonk has 4 bells strung together that hang from the top of his cage that he loves to play with. He was on his perch, chewing and pulling on the bells, when suddenly the bottom bell falls off. Bonk froze.
I swear to you, he sat there for a minute and didn't move.
I started to wonder if he had a heart attack in the falling of the bell. We were trying not to laugh at him, but he just sat there. I wish my camera were charged so I could have taken a picture. It was so funny. I went over to reattach the bell and he still barely moved - yes he was breathing.
Just a little comic relief from my mentally challenged bird. =)
