I have talked about this much. It seems that there is a lack of responsibility going on. People just want to get by. We always have someone else to blame for what bad circumstances we go through, we are the reason for everything that happens to us. Yes, others can do harm towards us, but we take a chance with everything we do.
Every problem that exists is due to this. It's due to the lack of responsibility. Wanting something, but not willing to pay the price, or live up to all the consequences. There is a sickness in our society... this individualism. It's plaguing in almost everything. Everyone wants to be their own, and find themselves or whatever it may be. I am not saying that is it bad to be different, what I am saying is the preoccupation with it is a disease and people go to great lengths to be other than what they are.
Look at what we neglect. Family values and morals have gone down the drain. The measure of success is how much authority you have and how much money and assets you can obtain. There is so much we are missing. We are missing each other. Jobs can't speak to you, paper can't hold a conversation, money won't keep you company and warm at night. We are so disconnected from each other.
Why do relationships cease and fail? It's because we are not connected. We are so focused on our self interests and how it will all affect us, we move forward without regard to others, and how we will affect them.
Where is the family? Why are we pushing our kids out as soon as we can? Why do we get rid of our parents and grandparents so we don't have to deal with them.
Go back to the family, that unit that matters most. Through the support in that family nothing can fail. People will have the support and learn the values that will make them into moral people.
