The Last Weekend

I'm bummed.

It just occurred to me that this coming weekend will be the last weekend in our house.

While absolutely nothing is working out as planned, I'm not stressed out over this. I'm just a little bummed out.

The most important stuff has been taken care of. The baby is doing brilliantly well and we have a place to live.

And one other thing. Lost Cities is a fantastic game. C and I have played six games now, and last night we played until past midnight. On a school night! Needless to say I did good picking this game. So that makes me happy.

The last thing: Anansi Boys, after that lull, is exceptional. If you like Gaiman you should really get this. I'm not through it yet, but I suspect that I'll be finished with it rather soon. And then I'll need to finish GRRM's A Storm of Swords so that I can go get me some A Feast of Crows. Oh, and I'll need to look into reading some parenting books too. It isn't too long from now.
