2 weeks.
i've never really gone to libraries because i like to own things like books and music but today i decided that since the meredith library is a block away that i'd go and check it out. i'm really glad i did. for such a small town the library is really nice and all the collections are pretty massive, including the music section which surprised me. you can take out 7 cds and you have them for two weeks and since i can't afford to buy music much anymore, this is great!

i didn't want o overdo it and run out of things to borrow too quickly so i decided that i'll take 3 or 4 out every week or two so that i can keep going back to new things every time.
afterwards i drove up the street to lake waukewan (the one that isnt the sixth largest lake in the us. the redheaded stepchild of the lakes region) and played 'while my guitar gently weeps' on repeat real loud and sat by the lake which was sparkling because of the intense sun that was out today. it made me glad that i live here.
it's cold and hot at the same time today-there is no weather like new england weather.
