Brother's on a Budget

So I need a new motherboard and want a new monitor (it's big and bulky as hell). Know of any better deals or got some advice, 'cause I'm an idiot.

kno y the first one doesn't have monitor port? cuz its got no on-board video. the second one does, but motherboard graphics cihps always blow. so you'd need a video card if u got the first, and you'd prolly want one anyway if u play games.

The only video game I play is DDR, and even Stepmania isn't being played that much anymore.

But you did just make the choice for me (if I REALLY need a video card, I'll just get one, but I'm like 95% sure I will never have a need for a new one).
