Well, I've been here at my friend Meshari's house for something like two weeks now.
His dogs were starting to piss me off yesterday, but that was really to be expected more than anything (seeing as I generally hate most animals). One of them got sick inside the house and decided he wasn't done shitting about 5-10 minutes after I let him outside Saturday )he shat outside as well). I just called Meshari (he wasn't in at that moment) and told him I was leaving for the day, so I went to the mall.
Wanted to play some Raw Deal today, but not enough people wanted to play to actually have a tournament, so it looks like that plan was a no-go. Altered States was having a sale where, for every $30 you spend you get $15 off. We got $90 worth of stuff, and the grand total came out to $50 after taxes. Very good deal.
I stopped by my house for the first time in like a week to pick up some cards and things I needed. I found some of my stuff in boxes, imcluding about half of my clothes and computer/computer accessories. Meaning, anyone who might want/need an additional roommate doesn't have to look farther than this update (although it will take a little while to get enough money to actually matter, since I'm a temp for Labor Ready until I either 1. find a "real" job or 2. work my way up to 60 words per minute from about 55 and work at a relay company with a few of the cooler/older DDR people in Syracuse.).
Other than posisbly being kicked out of the house next time I see my grandmother, life's actually going really well. This Saturday is a Raw Deal world qualifying tournament (which I still intend to try), so that should be a lot of fun.
Looks like I'll be updating quite a bit with, hopefully good, information.
