woah!
so it's been a while since i've gotten on here to update, and BAM! everything has changed! i go to the update page and there's birthdays, my friends entries.... what is going onnnnn? i think all of this made me forget what i was going to say. :)
i feel like a grown up. today i sat at lunch and read the newspaper. i've beeen thinking about my future plans. how strange. i haven't gotten far in the future plans department though. i have no idea what i want to do. i think i want to join the research team for my professors research lab. he said that they are going to have three openings for undergraduate researchers next semester. and it would be a great opportunity. get to work on research which in turn will make my grad school application look better. check. get to work with infants, and possibly help decide what direction i want my career to go in. check. get credit for a class. check (with a little problem because i'm already going to be in either 18 or 21 hours) make a relationship with a professor which will ensure at least one recommendation for grad school. check. help with my personal statement and resume. check.
so lots of good things could come out of this, now it's just an issue of finding the time. ahhh next semester is going to be insane. i'm going to be on campus all day every day it seems. at least i won't come home stinking of mexican food on fridays and sundays anymore! no more posados here i come! :)
