heh hows this for a condradiction
the only time i can go (and remeber livejournal) is when im on the computer and the only time i realy go on the computer is to work so im too busy (i remebered this time if you wondered)
got my exam results--depressing and the lectures have turned from apathetic to plain nasty
and giving us muchos work
am enjoying sheffield still tho and i went ice skating for the second time in my life and i am now holder of a mysterious fact that strickes me as downright werid
all sheffield's kevs, scallys, chavs, garry boys and townies (heh reminds me of devon that one)
all ice skate when they arent stealing hubcaps or joyriding and drinking alcopops.
the scary thing is they are all bloody good at it which suggests that thir weapon of choice is ice skates and presumably kick you in the face (note to self wear shinpads when fighting kevs)
i seem to have picked it up to a acceptable level and the only way i managed to fall was from little kev monkey boys who skate realy fast and weave into you and normally end up cannoning into your spine. A amusing detail was that there was a police operation going on in the place also what backs up my theory that they skate on a daily basis and that it wasnt just a freak phenomina.
