sent in a job app today for Canberra Harness Racing Club. Doubt I will get that job, I believe it's out of my league.
I'm still on youth allowance. According to Centrelink I am going to do a Graduate Diploma in Sports Management. I was thinking today that actually doing a Dip Ed could be a very good idea.
Me and Paddy are going to put on a show to raise awareness for unions etc, Paddy's mum has a pretty high position (President as a matter of fact) of Unions ACT. The current plan is a free show at stage 88, have a bucket go around to pay the bands, that kind of thing. Maybe get some food vendors or something. That kind of thing. His mum said she would pay for sound and promotion through the orginisation. I can see this quite possibly being a good thing.
Graduation tickets have sold out. I got a very angry call from mum today, but I have done what I can do, and the fact is Dad didn't transfer the money to buy them across in time. It's all pretty fucked though, Doug hasn't got his tickets either, and none of the other sessions have sold out, leading us to believe that somebody fucked up. Dad was up today and we went and talked to the graduation office and they were all sort of "I'll see what I can do" and since you hasn't done shit for me ever, I don't think that will change.
Trying to turn on my computer today it may a strange whirring/grinding sound that did not at all sound pleasant.
