Monopoly was definitely a success
mainly because I won!
Me, Kate and Ben had a good game, accompanied by snacks and beers. Trent came around towards the end of the game and Dad was all like "I'm going to cook a BBQ, everybody should stay around". The beers had run dry so Ben and I invested in a cask of goon, which we drank a majority of. Towards the end of the night mum and dad are all like "that's enough Daniel, it's just silly" and I had great responses such as "you're silly". But yeah, BBQs and drinks always make for a good time.
We went down to Eden today with Dad, there was this replica ship of the first recorded boat that came to Australia. We got some fish and chips and as we were eating them it started to POUR down with rain. Hoping we get one more day of beach weather tomorrow, as we've only been down to the beach one time so far.
All is well, and just how a coast trip should be....beers, BBQs, swimming, fish and chips...all the good stuff. I'm enjoying myself, going back to Canberra is really not that exciting a prospect.
