Pyrophosphate...no fire involved.
Have not made an entry for a number of days. Friday was a great day. I arranged to meet Gabriel to give him a tour around biology and round campus. I really enjoyed it for two reason:
1)Made a new friend.
2)Saw parts of campus which I have not seen for ages.
I should of been writing this paper but I wanted a break. After a few more hour of writing, I met Gabriel again and took him into town to meet up with Pasty, Ross and the rest of the immunology people. We went to the Three Legged Mare, where we sat with a couple who worked for Norwich Union and discussed Belgian Beers with us. Nice people. We then went to the Last Drop Inn and then to Weatherspoons. On the way I gave Gabriel a Piggy Back, which I am now regretting due to the pain in my left foot on our first attempt at this feat. Basically, I had a great evening and was drunk.
Saturday saw me lounging around, not moving much as I felt bad. Worse than usual. Just need to go easy next time. Sunday saw me in labs, writing and labbing it up (if thats a word). Got a lot done so I cannot complain.
Today did not start well. I told Al I would take this week of to spend time with people. This has not happened. I have crystal structures coming out of my ears, this paper is really being to fuck me over. I promised to take Anja to the cinema (which is the only thing that is happening) and I am knackered. What is worse, based on a sample that we ran today, spawned a whole new set of experiments. Aaaaaagggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Also Brahms Symphony No3 is driving me insane. Can't stop the first movement going round and round in my head....
Will someone please put me to sleep?
