Halloweenies
Last night was pretty awesome. Used the extra hour to our advantage. :D I got to see a lot of people I hadn't seen in a while, even if some of them did try to press gang me back into WoW. Not sure if want. The zombie grinder game was pretty fun this time, even if there wasn't as much murder and mayhem as usual. Also, I forgot how hilarious Shaun of the Dead was. I'm glad everyone liked my pumpkin cookies even though I forgot to add the nuts.
Work has been kind of messed up lately. Friday was expected to be slow, but ended up being insanely busy. We ended up going down nearly everything and couldn't dig ourselves back out since we were a bit understaffed. Combined with the fact that we had some particularly jerkish customers that night, the servers quite possibly were having an even worse time than us in the back. Saturday morning was slow, but the dishwasher got sick and the baker was going into overtime, so I had to do both and ended up getting out a bit late. I've got a 6-day week coming up, so no game on Wednesday. Happily, however, it will be a night AC shift which I haven't had in a while and miss.
