2007 - Year of the Suck
I just realised how horrible last year was. It really was a pretty bad year for me, especially considering how good 2006 was (well the last half of it at least. Let's take a look here:
2006
Oh well. 2008 is turning out pretty good though. My financial situation is getting better and I've been on a happiness high since about Xmas. Whee.
2006
- Got a job
- Moved out and got my own place
- Got fit
- Various other things
- Lost car and was without one for a few months
- New car broke down and had to throw away my entire vacation fund on it and then some
- Went into debt (or very near it anyway)
- Still at the same dead-end job and same crappy apartment that I swore I'd only be at for 6 months apiece
- Saw my family home sold and gutted
- Dad totally turned into an asshole on me culminating with him not even fucking calling me for Xmas\
- Never got around to college which I swore I'd do by the end of year...can't even afford it
- Didn't even have a bday party and I don't remember getting any presents for it...
