I don't know what happened to my back, but it's in a lot of pain right now. I even had to call out of work because of it today. I'm in a lot of pain, and I hope it clears up. I made the mistake of taking a walk yesterday and I think that just made it worse. Hopefully some bed rest heals it up. All this pain is pretty hard to take, though. I really wish I had someone to talk to right now. :(
