okay, so, still in texas. i had the real texas bbq experience today, tania and i went there after going to the art museum. goddamn it was good. plus they had fat tire amber ale, which is my favorite beer of all time. being here has been pretty good, though. her house is really gorgeous, and we've spent a lot of time in it, so i'd know. just chillin, mostly.. been around, too, though. we went to dinner at her uncle's house on sunday, and it was absolutely amazing. really good mexican food, some of the best i've ever had. their house is beautiful, too, it was designed by tania's dad. her mom and sister came home the next day before they went to costa rica, and i got to meet them. i'd met her sister before.. the girl's crazy. (but so'm i.. and tania, too, for that matter, so we get on just fine.) her mom is hilarious, and really.. i dunno, i guess cute is the only word i can describe her with. plus she looks a lot like tania. total milf. monday i met her friend regine and we went out to this one neighborhood that was chill, had a good thrift shop, and had some really good dinner. other than that, just some drinking, and of course the usual tomfoolery. as great a time as i'm having here, i'm also really looking forward to going to the desert though. trevor's already in tucson, and i'll be there on saturday. him and i, plus billy, jamaican jon, and zehngut, are all going to road trip for like a week, goin to lake powell (utah), grand canyon, sedona, phoenix, and then me and trev are gonna head to reno for some art festival for a day or two, then on to tahoe, sanfran, LA.. damn good shit.

PS: cat, i tried calling you, i left you a message about when i'll be in town, but what exactly was the purpose of all this? call me sometime when you get off work or just have free time.
