What on earth for? It would be like a petition on the Number10 website only with less chance of it being enacted. Tell everyone on there that if they want it, they need to start emailing Tom. Though emailing his Tom@barbelith address would probably be a waste of time as he may well not check that any more.

I don't have access to the board any more, but the thread strikes me as an exercise in pointless ill-will. Though I guess that's apropos. I would say neigh, if I could.

I'll think about it but frankly when I asked why barbelith is still trying to do things by consensus I wasn't joking. The best bet is to settle our individual relationships with what barbelith was and is now, either by leaving or treating it as the nonsense it is now, I continue to believe that it's ludicrous to ask Tom to do anything at all. Currently it's a slow internet message board for people who want idle chatter, that could be spammed/trolled quite easily. I have little to no problem with that.

That's pretty much how I feel, tbh. I didn't care enough to start the thread myself but as Notle did... just gets my thoughts out, there now I can forget about it again for another six months.
