I did some hardcore calibrating on my TV last night. Summing it up:
-Finetuned convergence in both 3:4 and widescreen modes. Corners still not perfect, but not too noticeable, and it's almost impossible to do on a Trinitron anyway.
-Adjusted hue/saturation the hardcore way, by running only the blue gun (thank you, service mode) and doing the blue bars test.
Total time was close to 5 hours, but the picture is sharper and more vivid.
Thinking of getting some sort of cheap OTA HDTV tuner (it doesn't have one built in), in time for the Olympics. Normally I don't really care either way about sports, but during the Olympics I always try to watch a lot.
