These days, most fanartists has run into their own thieves in one way or another. Sometimes it ends well and sometimes the thief turns into a stalker (*waves to my stalker*). Usually they only repost the work on different generic sites which doesn't matter much compared to the fact that others either use cafepress or ebay to make a profit on the ( Read more... )

Holy crap! What an ass!! That's so beyond low. And the nerve to do it at a convention (might I add I am completely jealous...Robert Englund RULES!) But, you're right, why should it suprise us that vultures are getting that brazen. Between Ebay and CafePress it's getting ubber sad. To the point we need passwords for our sites just so we know who's coming and going :( *sigh*

Yeah, that was pretty much what had me thinking that this was the lowest of low that I've encountered in fanart theft. People just don't give a fuck as long as THEY can get the credit someone else deserves *sigh* asshats.

He DEFINITELY does! His Q'n'A was really interesting and he said he'd love to get a shot at a cameo or anything with the new "V" so big yeay on that. I've met him once before, years ago and the man is just awesomeness personified IRL. I hope you'll get a chance to meet him some day! :)
