My arms are on fire!
Well they feel like it anyway, just lugged 10 packs of laminate flooring and 4 boxes of tiles up 3 floors of winding stairs. Bumped into an old mate today whose living in Gainsborough - renovated a wrecked house he picked up at an auction. Why is everyone I know (including me) suddenly busy with home improvement projects? Even those who don't even have their own home!
Must be an age thing, you hit 26 spring rolls around and the next thing you find you're spending half your shopping time (and most of your money :0 ) in hardware stores and trade warehouses.
Nice surprise this morning - Red Dwarf series 4 DVD turned up, I totally forgot I'd pre-ordered it!
