(no subject)
I've got limited internet at home right now, I'm waiting for my adsl to be activated and my dial up has been cancelled.
Well, not too much to update, still waiting to hear on a flat (I need the owners to put a lease on it, since I can't get a mortgage on it as freehold) If I don't get something sorted out in the next 3 or 4 weeks I'm going to rent at a mates instead, give it 6 months then start looking for a job in an area with more opportunity.
Actually I just want to get somewhere that has resources in the things I'm interested in. This place has it's goods points with regard to countryside and people I know here, but it's too far away from mainstream areas theres no exposure to what I want. Even night school is basically restricted to a-levels and work orientated stuff, like accountancy. I guess I just feel I've seen all there is to see up here (well, I;ve been here all my life!) and it's about time I got moving, it's not the kind of town where you can follow your dreams.
I guess my brother or another mate in London is gonna have to clear a space on the floor for me to crash while I go for interviews! I'm cheering up just thinking about it, I haven't been down there to visit anyone for about a year now. Maybe I can even make a LAC meeting!
I see things have been happening on the web while I've been gone, AZUK been hacked and New Haven seems to be reviving. Well, my adsl should be on in the next few days so I can have an online presence again!
