Last night I had a dream that I got stuck in a thunderstorm outside with a couple friends. It started lightning pretty close to where we were and I suddenly had this urge to run towards this tree and it just so happens that when I was under the tree, lightning struck it, and shot through me. I'm 80% sure I was having a lucid dream. (Those things are fun, by the way) So when I got struck by the lightning it felt so real, it was fucked. My body tensed up as if every muscle in my body contracted at the same time, I felt time slow down, I heard the screams of my friends and then everything became white, quiet, peaceful. At that point I woke up. Wow. It was a sensation I had never experienced ever before. It felt as though I experienced just a little bit of what death would be like.
Most of you know me well enough that I wouldn't gay off on something like this unless it was seriously fucked. But seriously, this shit was fucked.
