I enjoy cooking very much.

Last night I made penne pasta with sauteed red peppers and onions and some chicken cooked with garlic, basil, salt, pepper, and cilantro. It was delightful.

I have an upcoming project where I will be fermenting and distilling my own fruit liquor in a 5 gallon bucket.



I'm so excited. "Kitchen sink chemistry."

Time to go to the hospital.
