The hell?
So David's ex says she came all the way to Colorado so she could tell me that she's dating Michael. Well, that's just fine - they deserve each other. She apparently has no problem with the fact that he's married and has a kid ... but then, why would she? She's staying with the girl David cheated on her with. She's probably trying to get that girl to go in on whatever evil plans she has. So we haven't really gotten anywhere - we're still just stuck waiting to see what she does.
She didn't waste any time trying to humiliate me in front of David, though. She brought up a bunch of crap that Michael told her ... things he did to me. I tried not to let it bother me, but it's still humiliating. But I was just ... messed up then. I was afraid to say no to him - whenever I did he just hurt me worse. And David knows that ... I just don't like thinking about what I was like with Michael, and I don't like other people hearing about it - especially David. I feel like I was so weak then. David and Brad tell me that's not true, that I wouldn't still be here if I was weak, but ... I let it happen. I mean, I let it start up in the first place instead of ending things right away.
*shakes head* Enough about that, I refuse to get all depressed over it. It's done.
Brad came to visit on Tuesday. He had been wanting to come back and see Riku, and they had a few days between games like we did. His shoulder is still hurt, so they said he could skip practice for a couple of days - he's going back this morning. It was good to see him. The timing just worked out that he was able to be here. He didn't even bother trying to deny that he was also here because of David's ex. And I won't bother denying that it was nice to have the extra support. ;)
Man, I'm just itching to play tomorrow! Even if it looks like I've been bumped down to the fourth line by a rookie. I'm not complaining - fourth line on our team is like third, even second line on some! We're gonna need our offense tomorrow - Thibault played really well last night.
