Open up your playlist (all the songs) in your media player. The 1st song to start playing would be your "Opening Credits". Then click "next" (make sure it's on RANDOM when ya do this. Also, try not to spoil this by just picking the songs you like. It's fun to have the chance of "It's A Small World" being your Funeral Song. Well I think that explains it all...here's mine! I'll also throw in some commentary about each song. Make it fun for me...trying to find out what kind of movie.
Opening Credits: "The Freshmen" - Verve Pipe
Hm...Interesting choice. Perhaps one of those modern day, high school, teen "you don't understand me" movies. I never really liked those.
Waking Up: "Crepuscolo Sul Mare" - Piero Umilani
Oh wow...This actually sounds like a song for me to wake up to. It's from Ocean's 13, so I recommend the DL if you got the ability. This song still fits with the whole "tragedy" feel the first song brought. Perhaps my life has just been one big shitball and I've learned to finally accept it? Or will I do something about it...Perhaps I'd ponder into the past about my...
First Day At School: "Otono Medieval" - Rata Blanca
Just keeps coming down on me doesn't it? In keeping with the continuous tragedy that seems to be apparent. Seems my first day at school had some event that spurred me to hate school? Perhaps the people I met were not nice. Either way, something happened and it doesn't sound good for our hero. But years pass...and eventually I (like every teenager) would start...
Falling In Love: "Froggy Marsh" - OC Castlevania ReMix
Now the soundtrack moves from slow and sad, to upbeat and full of guitars. Maybe this girl is unobtainable. Maybe she's my polar opposite. But looking at the next category, it looks like something is going to happen...something that may lead to the girl loving me back? We'll see as we hear my action packed...
Fight Song: "Snakes On A Plane" (Bring It) - Cobra Starship
Good god, man. It's weird how they've all been connecting. Or maybe I'm looking to deep into it. Anyway, I'm fighting. Fighting who/what? Animals On A Vehicle? The lyrics work with the Love Song, though. 'Kiss me goodbye...Honey I'm gonna make it out alive' So maybe I've gotten sick of someone's shit and I'm about to take care of it. Knowing full well what could happen to me.
Breaking Up: "Voodoo" - Godsmack
Oh...this kind of makes the tie in with the whole "love" thing. Maybe this is happens after the fight between my love and myself. But me, being my rebel self...still heads toward the mecca of high school memory known as...
Prom: "Appalachian Snowfall" - Trans-Siberian Orchestra
Well, maybe my love and I get back together. Maybe things are looking up for me. Maybe we dance the night away and fall deeper into love. *sigh* This movie is sounding more and more like some teen movie. *gag*
Life Song: "Straight Out Of Line" - Godsmack
Godsmack again? I've only got like 3 songs by them. Anyway...It sounds like I grow up and have some mid-life crisis. Which fits nicely since it looks like I'm about to have a...
Mental Breakdown: "Dark Chest of Wonders" - Nightwish
Wow...If there was ever a better song to go crazy to. The song leads me to believe maybe a part of me has been unlocked? Maybe a darker side...something scary. Hm...maybe this movie is getting better.
Driving: "Shout" - Tears For Fears
Hm...an interesting choice, Fate. Shout is actually a really neat song if you listen to the words. It fits in nicely with the eventual "going nuts" that happens in the movie. It's looking like this is gonna have one of those "post-modern downer endings", eh?
Flashback: "Champagne Supernova" - Oasis
Goooooood Flashback song. I don't have to explain this one...everyone has heard this one huh? Well where were you while we were getting high?
Wedding: "Till I Hear It From You" - Gin Blossoms
Continuing with the 90's soundtrack, we have this. Sounds like my old love and I get back together and have ourselves a nice big wedding. Everything is looking nice, isnt it?
Birth of Child: "We Used To Be Friends" - The Dandy Warhols
Huh...well...um...I don't think I can give this a decent explination. Anyone willing to take a stab at this is fine. I'm going to try and guess that my old love and I are no longer friends...but more than that.
Final Battle: "Underwater Friends" - Dethklok
Um...what?
Death Scene: "Everything You Want" - Vertical Horizon
I guess in my climatic battle with...um...Toki and his underwater hoards. I die. But this does sound like a good death song...if I meant nothing to anyone after dying.
Funeral Song: "Spaghetti Western Song" - Kill Bill Vol. 2
Now this is that song that they play while they bury Uma Thurman. Which I guess is neat. So yeah...right on the money there.
End Credit: "Ghost Love Score" - Nightwish
Talk about EPIC. Man... Let those credits roll.
All in all it sounds like an OK movie. Not something I'd spend my money on until I could rent it. Even then, it doesn't sound like it'd do awesome in the theatres. Maybe it'll be like one of those cult following movies and everyone will just sing the praises of this movie. Anyway...it's time for my shower. Making movies is hard work.
