West Coast Watch: The Beginning
Hello everyone and welcome to the morning news, this is what is going on in the world today:
Heroes and Heroines from around the globe! Take heed to these words for they may change your very life.
How would you like to help out the well known super group, The Watch? Beowulf, Obsidian Soldier, Hammer, Jade Umbra, and Starman Red, along with Spider-Dan and the Galactic Glue Girl are looking for potential super hero greats to form the West Coast Watch.
Come to lovely Helmsley Beach in Oceanfront Hills, California and partake in a series of tests that will determine your levels in strength, speed, charisma, and overall superhero performance.
Sadly, not all heroes will be accepted. Only 6 of the very best will be chosen. So sharpen those skills, lift those weights, and try out that new catch phrase you've been working on...you're going to need every ounce of super power in you to get in on the ground floor of the newest super-team to defend America!
In other news, the metahuman hating group known as the Humaniterrorists have struck again. Leaving their mark everywhere stating that "all beings containing the devil's power will be stopped by The Superior's mighty sword." Some metahumans were harmed while this demonstration went on, but eventually they dispirsed when The Watch showed up. Thankfully, no one was killed.
