What am I made of money?
So, another weekend, more wedding plans.
I made time to sit with Lee and give out the general names and numbers (for those he does not have), for the stag do. Needless to say its a bit late in the day to organise an 'event'... But we may use the 2 dates to our advantage here.
So next Saturday (at a venue to be decided by Lee), there will be drinks. Please, lets not get too drunk (ie; me, I will happily drink and get merry even a little bit drunk, but no alchohol poisoning please, its not fun... really)... Knowing the way Lee and I think, I imagine it may be out of town/Basingtsoke...
But heres the payoff, the 'event' might be delayed and actually occur after the official wedding... We had a chat about ideas and I know that Lee will have lied to me blatently and just dropped clues and ideas for opinion and guage budget (as is his job)... So hopefully it'll be good.
the payoff for 2 stag do's is that it looks like there will be 2 wedding anniversaries and offial and a real one... 2 dates for my calender.
We then bought a cake, seems nice enough, this is of course for the smaller real wedding day, looks like we have booked a location for lunch (smaller guest list than the 29th).
And its all a bit secretive, but it sounds like wedding dress for Li is all good.
And then we found that my suit was a bit big for me.
A side effect to the weight loss, my best suit bought in 2005 is now too damn big. And hangs off me really badly. As a fairly new suit in top condition (I hardly ever wear a suit) it was promptly assigned to my Dad who it fits better, and now I have to get a new suit (with shirt/tie combo, looking for gold/yellow/off-white colour as its a good wedding colour in chinese ceremonies, and I am guessing a clue as to Li's dress).
