The City by the gulf...
So Walmart gives 17 million dollars cash for rebuilding, 3 million dollars in supplies, and pledges to find jobs for all of their displaced associates. Talk about job security.

More pertinantaly, I just watched a commercial for satellite broadband for laptops. It was during a news program about New Orleans, and the two things just seemed to magically click. The city is going to be rebuilt, and the government (and the rest of America) is footing a good majority of the bill.
So Let's rebuild New Orleans into a futuristic, Sci-Fi bubble dome city. I'm talking campy 70's style jumpsuits and hip, cellphone i-pod wrist watches. We could throw in a public transportation system that works, maybe add all that environmentally friendly technology...
