So this letting go thing has been pretty successful for the following reasons:
1. I actually enjoyed the day.
2. I wasn't as stressed as I was the past week.
3. I actually feel ready to do stuff again, except of course, that fear that this is something fake and I'll fall back into my sumpongs *as was referred to by my younger me).
Aja, I don't have to worry about what tomorrow will bring for now but at least it's looking better at the moment.
Bonus
Trying to do the in-vivo thing where I imagine the source of stress and then meditate on some loving kindness toward the stimuli. But what I was surprised on that my thoughts told me was that I should show me some loving kindness first.
